Had someone out from West Wind, and specifically let them know multiple times in person that we don’t want any poison in the house. We have pets, and don’t want to risk anything. I just wanted to patch where the squirrels were getting in/out. We started smelling death in the house, and found poison. I’m not sure how this got messed up because we stated that we don’t want poison in our house over the phone with the company, and in person. Really confused how this happened.

We’ve used Westwind at our house and a remote cabin.  In both places the quarterly treatments first eliminated then prevented different bugs and rodents. When I reached out to West Wind it was because I was deeply unsatisfied with my existing pest control company for my business. I contacted Jarret and he was immediately responsive. He came out to do an inspection immediately and then the quote he provided me was 30% less than what I was currently paying for! West Wind Pest Control was great to work with. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about the problem we were having.
